I'm familiar with Sidney and have often thought of staying at the Sidney waterfront Inn. I came here for some down time, after visiting with family over Christmas and before heading home. The front desk gal helped me out with my dog and offered to set up pet sitting for me. Everyone was friendly and made us feel at home. - Outstanding hotel Over the years we have stayed in the standard rooms and also the new deluxe suite. Both are on the waterfront with terrific ocean views. The deluxe suite c/w fireplace is luxurious and quite large with all amenities that one would want. Both the standard rooms and suites are reasonably priced. And the staff are wonderful. Recently we stayed overnight....more ...

The hotel was in a great location, close to the water, good restaurants, and shops. It was a good value, and the staff was very friendly. We'd chartered a boat for a week and stayed at the hotel the night...more...

I reviewed this hotel online and was a little skeptical at first, when I arrived I had an oceanview room on the second floor (top floor). This hotel is very quaint and is so comfortable! The room amenities were fantastic! There's was even a little fake fireplace, desk, table, couch, mini-fridge with apple slices and a breakfast quesadilla, very comfortable white linen robes and the bed... well the bed was extremely comfortable.
The view was priceless, a very quiet area right on the pier and the best location. I walked all over Sidney and had dinner a long the pier at a local pub which was fantastic. Less than a one minute walk...more...
